Set up and operate Cincinnati Centerless, Studer, and Drake grinding machines;
Hold tight tolerances (±0.0001") and perform mid-process adjustments;
Blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation;
Dress wheels (diamond/vitrified) and select speeds/feeds for various alloys;
Master Level candidates must perform complex setups from scratch and mentor junior grinders
