The Store Manager leads all retail store operations focusing on quality and service to ensure a memorable customer experience.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily store operations including opening & closing, work order management, and conducting CICO (Check-In, Check-Out) procedures.
- Provide high levels of customer service, address complaints and warranty issues promptly.
- Staff and schedule the team and make necessary adjustments.
- Manage inventory, loss prevention, and proper cash handling.
- Drive team performance to meet or exceed key performance indicators such as NPS, time to serve, job completion, and customer conversion.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with field leaders to certify technicians and ensure quality installations or repairs.
- Provide guidance on vehicle and equipment maintenance and recordkeeping.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs. for short periods.
- Working at elevated heights and remaining on feet for extended periods.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of leadership/supervisory experience, with at least 3 years in a retail or service center environment (automotive experience preferred).
- Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web applications.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and engage a mobile workforce.
- Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
