Location and Hours
Heathers Manor – 3000 Douglas Dr. N, Crystal, MN 55422
Part‑time position:
Tuesdays 10:00 AM–3:00 PM, with occasional special events on other days.
Hourly pay: $18.00
Responsibilities- Aid clients in getting to and from their destinations.
- Assist residents in and out of wheelchairs when needed, ensuring safety.
- Provide a friendly experience for residents and the team.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required; the bus is a shuttle‑style vehicle with a small lift.
- Excellent time‑management skills.
- Past and current safe driving record; ability to maintain a safe driving record.
- Schedule flexibility; ability to work Saturdays/Sundays as needed.
- Completion of background check and drug screening; other pre‑employment screenings (DOT physical, TB test, fingerprinting) may be required based on federal, local, and state guidelines.
- Occasional need to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull 100+ lbs (including assistance with wheelchairs).
