• Weekdays during the school day

• 9-12 hours per week, with the possibility of 15+ hours per week within 30 days by working additional virtual or in-person hours.

• $22 per hour standard
• $23 per hour if bilingual (Spanish or other preferred language based on site request)
• $24 per hour if credentialed teacher or certificated tutor

• Tutor 6th-8th grade students in ELA and Math.
• Provide small group tutoring sessions to students using the provided curriculum and learning technology.
• Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

• Can complete the fingerprinting process within 48 hours of an offer
• Meet DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance requirements for this position
• Provide 3 professional references
• Minimum of 60 units of college credits
• At least one year of student-related experience
• Detail-oriented and highly dependable
• Effective communicator
• Reliable transportation
• Provide a negative tuberculosis test within 2 weeks of being hired
• Love learning, teaching, and empowering others to soar
