Copeland is seeking a Demand Planner to develop, maintain, and improve the unconstrained demand forecast to support the company's SIOP process. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, and Operations to deliver a consensus forecast that drives service, inventory, and financial performance.
The role requires 3-5+ years in demand planning, experience in manufacturing or distribution, and strong Excel and ERP skills (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Net Suite).
