• Consistently achieving results while repairing leaks, inspecting, and disposing of defective cylinders, and painting cylinders.
• Using the most effective and efficient processes for testing, repairing, converting cylinders, receiving new cylinders and supplies, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Operating a forklift to move product throughout the facility.
• Performing general cleaning tasks and basic facility maintenance.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Experience in the gas industry and cylinder maintenance preferred.
• Proficient in mechanical operations or skilled at mechanical tasks.
• Knowledge of equipment such as hydrostatic and ultrasonic testers and ability to maintain required certifications.
• Good collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to safety culture.
• Ability to push, pull, move and/or lift 40–70 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• High standards of honesty and integrity.
