Smithfield Foods in the United States is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to join the Food Safety & Quality Assurance team. You will perform routine sanitation checks, enforce HACCP and USDA regulations, and track products from start to finish to drive corrective actions.
You will monitor quality in your area, document results, oversee sanitation and GMPs, and support training and performance assessment while collaborating with production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
