What you will enjoy doing

• You will provide guidance and support to sales colleagues and assist in all sales activities of the team
• Support and pursue joint targets with other sales personnel
• Focus on profit improvement and seek new business opportunities
• Enhance the profitability of existing accounts by understanding the cost to serve and value propositions
• Develop knowledge and collect data on account's business, products, processes, and growth opportunities
• Promote sales by introducing programs and providing account service to assigned and potential customers
• Focus on new business development and maintain customer relationships while troubleshooting specific problems
• Demonstrate products to new account customers and secure long-term relationships through straightforward agreements

What makes you great

• You have at least a Bachelor's Degree
• At least 7 years of prior Outside Sales experience
• Strong negotiation skills and prior Industry experience are required
• A CWI or CWE certification is preferred for this role

Pay range: $108,225 - $128,730
