Business Controller; Industrial

* Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and cost accounting theories and practices, including POC accounting.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills, including the use of linked spreadsheets, data downloads, complex formulas, and pivot tables.
* Ability to meet strict deadlines and balance multiple priorities.
* Demonstrated leadership, management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work productively as a team and independently

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant degree plus 7-10 or more years of relevant general accounting experience, including supervisory/management experience.
* Prior experience with Oracle financial applications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Power Point) including advanced functions
* Possess strong working knowledge of international Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (ie. IFRS).
* Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management software
* Familiarity with data analytics tools (Sigma, Power BI, Power Query)
* Advanced Excel Skills
* CPA certification(s)
* Prior public accounting experience
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and influence operational decisions.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
