Customer Service Representative (CSR)

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting parts sales operations. This position is responsible for processing orders, preparing accurate quotations, and maintaining inventory pricing and margins to support business objectives.

• Respond promptly and accurately to all customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax regarding parts and service quotations.
• Prepare and provide detailed quotations, including pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Process customer and intercompany orders efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain and update parts pricing, ensuring alignment with established sales margins.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and shipment of customer orders.
• Partner with Engineering, as needed, to resolve customer issues and support troubleshooting efforts, including identifying appropriate parts solutions.
• Coordinate shipments with the shipping department to ensure on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Experience Requirements (e.g., “1–3 years in customer service or inside sales preferred”).
• Systems/Tools (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Key Performance Metrics (response time, order accuracy, etc.).
