Consolidated Precision Products is seeking new graduates for their Engineering Development Program starting June/July 2026. This two-year rotation program provides exposure to diverse engineering disciplines across multiple facilities, with a base salary of $80,000. Participants will receive ongoing training and mentorship from CPP technical leaders. Qualified candidates must graduate with an engineering degree by June 2026 and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Full-time, located in Cudahy or Rancho, CA.
