Beyond the technical work, you'll lead and develop a talented team of engineers.

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. Five plus years of experience in manufacturing industries with a strong focus on automation and controls design. At least two years in a leadership role involving team development, management, or project leadership. Hands‑on experience developing distributed, networked control systems, especially IIoT solutions. The ability to apply sound engineering principles to operational and design challenges.

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsyou can explain complex concepts clearly and collaborate effectively across departments.
