Maintenance Mechanic-2nd Shift

* Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows:
** Performs repair and troubleshooting on food processing equipment to include, but not be limited to:
Sizers, stuffers,vacuum pumps, vacuum packaging machinery, conveyors, slicers, injectors, microwaves and hydraulic units.
* Replacement of belts, sprockets, gears, chains and valves.
* Rebuild of valves, pumps and gearboxes.
* Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic machine problems and make necessary repairs.
* Performs repairs to machines involving machine guarding, bolt replacement and breakdowns due to mechanical wear.
* Welding of machine components.
* Preventative Maintenance tasks, such as lubricating of parts, drives, chains, etc.
* Installations to include hooking up air, water, gas and alignment and leveling of equipment.
* Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.
