We are seeking one accomplished Senior Integrated Supply Manager to oversee the sales, operations, and profitability of multiple integrated supply sites supporting a metals manufacturing business unit with sales exceeding $16M. This leadership role combines supply chain management, industrial distribution expertise, stakeholder management, and financial accountability across a multi-state portfolio.

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• Bachelor's degree required (Operations, Supply Chain, or Business preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, wholesale or industrial distribution, manufacturing, or related industry
• 5+ years of staff management experience with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams
• Proven experience managing Profit & Loss statements and financial performance metrics
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate difficult conversations professionally
• Experience supporting metals manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify cost-saving solutions within manufacturing applications
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Teams with strong presentation capabilities
• ERP system experience required (Oracle, AS400, or Syteline a plus)
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and executive presence

• Provide leadership to onsite sales and operations teams, delivering integrated supply solutions
• Manage and develop a team of 7 personnel across multiple states (2 direct reports)
• Oversee full P&L responsibility for assigned sites, ensuring revenue growth and profitability targets are met or exceeded
• Drive contractual commitments, including customer cost savings initiatives and KPI performance
• Resolve escalated staffing, contractual, operational, and financial matters
• Cultivate executive-level customer relationships and maintain positive, profitable partnerships
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned portfolio
• Guide site leadership on product standardization, consolidation strategies, and spend management
• Manage asset performance, including inventory, receivables, and payables
• Deliver professional presentations to internal leadership and C-level customer stakeholders
• Travel by air or automobile to support multiple domestic locations as needed

• May work in non-temperature-controlled and dusty industrial environments
• May handle hazardous materials with appropriate protective equipment
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more with assistance
• Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and handling physical inventory
• Overtime, extended hours, or rotating shifts may occasionally be required
