Ambassador Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee Integrated Supply operations across multiple manufacturing locations based in Cudahy, WI
, with 10–25% domestic travel required. This direct‑hire opportunity involves leading distributed teams, driving performance across sites, strengthening executive‑level customer relationships, and owning both operational and financial outcomes.
This is a high‑impact role suited for a proven Senior Manager with strong multi‑site leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor teams across several customer sites
- Oversee KPIs, service delivery, operational execution, and customer commitments
- Manage full P&L and drive process improvements and cost‑saving initiatives
- Build and maintain strong executive‑level customer relationships
- Standardize procedures and support scalable operational performance
- Resolve escalated staffing, operational, and contractual matters
- Travel between customer locations (10–25%)
- 6+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, industrial/wholesale distribution, or a related sector
- 5+ years of staff management, ideally across multiple locations
- Demonstrated P&L management and strong financial/business acumen
- Strong executive‑level communication and presentation skills
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Teams
- ERP experience (Oracle, AS400, or Syteline preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required (Operations, Supply Chain, or Business preferred)
- Industrial/manufacturing setting (may include hot, cold, or dusty conditions)
- Occasional physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs with assistance)
- Occasional overtime depending on operational needs
