Core Responsibilities

Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows:

• Pushesouttrees of baconaccording to average and lot number todesignated
  
  Bacon Roller.

• Removes belly fromtree asideto table.

• Removes combs from bellies and sets aside combs neatly ontorodofcombtruck.

• Positions empty flats, stacks bellies in rows and prescribed asides flats.

• Asides empty trees to smokehousealley.

• Cleans coolers andtrimsbellies as required.

• Keeps Bacon Rollers supplied with proper sized bacon and correctly and efficientlydecombsand stacks bellies.

• Provides appropriate scaling, recordkeepingand inventory rotation.

• Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.
