This role is ideal for an operations supervisor who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring safe, high‑quality production standards. The position provides leadership for hourly employees on the first shift. Operations Supervisors at Lucas Milhaupt lead teams, collaborate with others, support continuous improvement initiatives, and oversee day‑to‑day manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are achieved for our customers.
