Shifts:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Rotating schedule of 3 days one week and 4 days the next week, including working Saturday/Sunday every other week.

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain press equipment.
• Perform make‑ready tasks such as hanging plates, installing cylinders, examining plates/cylinders for imperfections, checking correct image positioning, prepping blankets, adjusting tension and register, etc.
• Make color corrections and/or press adjustments prior to production run to meet quality specifications.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press; make minor repairs and replace worn or broken parts as required.
• Perform periodic maintenance recommended by the manufacturer.

• Thorough knowledge of offset printing procedures, materials, specifications, equipment, and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and understand job specifications and determine appropriate press usage, settings, and materials.
• Skill in performing precise settings of controls and adjustments, and routine operational maintenance of equipment.
• Knowledge of proper packing pressure needed to obtain correct printing pressure.
• Skill in using a micrometer to mount and align the printing plate correctly.

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $20.00 to $26.00 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. Depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential.
