Salary range: $70k-$75k + 10% shift differential
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year

- Lead, coach, and develop hourly production employees.
- Monitor daily production to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
- Conduct daily production floor walkthroughs and safety inspections.
- Enforce food safety, quality, HACCP, USDA, and company policies.
- Train employees on safe work practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
- Analyze production performance, yields, downtime, and labor efficiencies.
- Partner with Operations and Maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Lead daily communication with production teams and facilitate regular team meetings.
- Identify process improvements that increase efficiency while reducing waste and operating costs.
- Ensure equipment is operating safely and production schedules are achieved.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, or a related field plus 2+ years of leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience leading, coaching, or supervising employees in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience improving production processes, efficiencies, and team performance.
- Ability to analyze production data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as business needs require.
- Ability to travel up to 5%.
- Food manufacturing or food processing experience.
- Knowledge of HACCP, USDA, and food safety regulations.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, inventory systems, and production reporting.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, humid, and noisy manufacturing environments around moving equipment.
