Smithfield Foods is seeking a Quality Assurance teammate to perform routine sanitation checks and monitor HACCP and USDA regulations. You will track products from start to finish, identify issues, and drive corrective actions with production teams.
You will oversee sanitation, temperatures, GMPs, and documentation, supporting training and measuring performance to ensure brand safety from Smithfield to Nathan’s Famous.
