Title: Security Officer

Location: Cudahy, WI

Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.64 / Hour

Schedule: Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with location guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including building access points, loading areas, trailer yards, and perimeter locations as assigned.
• Help deter unauthorized access, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence and reporting security-related concerns promptly.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
