• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
• Perform preventative, predictive, and emergency maintenance
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Repair motors, conveyors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, and automated equipment
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Perform equipment installations and upgrades
• Complete maintenance documentation and support continuous improvement efforts

• Industrial maintenance experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics

• 480V electrical experience
• PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Experience with conveyors, robotics, packaging equipment, or automated production lines
• Welding and fabrication experience
• CMMS experience

• Enjoys solving mechanical and electrical problems
• Thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Takes pride in preventing downtime and improving equipment reliability
