CDL-A Regional Truck Driver Weekends

We’re looking for experienced CDL‑A drivers based in the Cudahy, WI area to join our Midwest Regional Fleet. If you want weekly home time, great pay, and a team that has your back, this is the opportunity for you.

Home Time:

• Home every weekend for your 34‑hour reset Saturday and Sunday, every week.

Pay:

• $0.57 to $0.64 per mile based on experience
• Weekly gross average $1,300 to $1,500
• Top 20% of our regional drivers earn $1,700+ per week

Miles:

• Average 2,200 to 3,000 miles per week depending on hours of service
• 50‑60% drop and hook / 40‑50% live unload

Additional Pay:

• Detention pay: $12.50/hr after 2 hours
• Layover & breakdown pay: $100 per day
• Performance bonus: up to 3 additional CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity

Sign‑On Bonus:

• $4,000 paid in milestones

Equipment:

• 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680
• Medical, dental, and vision after 30 days
• Paid vacation after one year
• 24/7 operations support

Requirements:

• Minimum 21 years of age
• At least 3 months of verifiable tractor‑trailer experience, trailers over 40 feet
• No major moving violations in the past 3 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen
