• Position empty trees in front of house.
• Pull meat from bars, hang and properly space so no bellies touch.
• Start and stop rotary house to position bars to doorway for unloading.
• Push full trees to scale, scale and record weight on two-part ticket.
• Push scale trees into blast cooler and arrange as per scheduled pattern.
• Cut off long bellies if required so they do not touch floor.
• Blast and prepress cooler, upkeep condensation and paperwork completion.
• Rearrange trees in prepress cooler.
• Wipedown ceiling before starting House pulling.
• Make sure bellies are unloaded and hung per tree as per proper count.
• Make sure no bellies touch.
• Make sure each tree is scaled and ticket with weight is hung on tree.
• Load blast cooler according to schedule received in the morning.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.

• A pencil or pen, tags, unloading card, unloading schedule, blast loading schedule.

• The majority of the time is spent in the plant environment and will include wet or humid conditions (non-weather related), extreme cold and heat (non-weather related), working near moving mechanical parts, exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and chemicals.
• Noise level is loud in the production area and hearing protection is always required.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must meet 5'8" height requirement.

• Bump cap, hair/beardnet, eye protection/goggles, hand protection, hearing protection, safety shoes, gloves.

• Proper lifting, PPE, Fall protection.
