Werkzaamheden
- Als Salarisadministrateur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de correcte uitvoering van de salarisadministratie.
- Je zorgt voor de invoering van gegevens, het doorvoeren van mutaties, de aangifte loonbelasting, salarisberekeningen en werkgeversverklaringen.
- Je vindt het leuk om complexe salarisvraagstukken van medewerkers, teammanagers en HRM collega’s uit te zoeken en te beantwoorden.
- Je bent een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en proactieve HR-professional die overzicht houdt en makkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende werkzaamheden.
- Je vindt het leuk om collega’s te helpen en denkt graag mee over hoe processen beter kunnen.
