Overview
Voor de gemeente Culemborg zoeken we een strategische regisseur & adviseur programmabegroting. De opdracht richt zich op het regisseren en begeleiden van het begrotingsproces , het ontwikkelen van een vernieuwde programmastructuur en het ondersteunen van bestuur, directie en organisatie bij de vertaling van het coalitieakkoord naar concrete maatschappelijke opgaven, programmadoelen, prestaties, indicatoren en financiële kaders. Daarnaast wordt een advies verwacht over de structurele inrichting van het begrotingsproces, zodat kennis, eigenaarschap en continuïteit duurzaam worden geborgd binnen de organisatie.
