Managing Dentist – Full-Time Position

A patient-centered dental practice is seeking a Managing Dentist to lead clinical care while supporting a collaborative team environment. This role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on dentistry with leadership and mentorship responsibilities.

• Conduct comprehensive dental exams and diagnose oral health conditions
• Develop and present treatment plans to patients
• Deliver high-quality clinical treatments
• Lead and mentor dental team members
• Collaborate with leadership to support practice success
• Maintain high standards of ethics and patient care

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license (or eligibility to obtain licensure in the applicable state)
• Strong leadership and clinical skills
