QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum High School Diploma or Work Permit

JOB GOAL:
To assist in supervising and providing a safe environment for EDP children.

REPORTS TO:

Principal

EVALUATION:
Cullman City Schools' Support Personnel Evaluation Plan

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assists with supervision of EDP children.

* Assists with preparing and serving snacks to children.

* Cleans up after snacks, meals and art activities.

* Assists in preparing and conducting arts and crafts activities with children.

* Assists with the supervision of recreational time on the playground or in the gymnasium.

* Assists in maintaining the children's behavior to achieve a safe and functional learning environment.

* Maintains confidentiality of information regarding EDP children.

* Adheres to school system rules, administrative procedures, and local board policy.

* Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and ethics, working cooperatively with the Board, the Superintendent, administrators, certificated and non-certificated personnel, parents, and students.

* Demonstrates proficiency in written and oral communication.

* Attends all meetings as required by the Superintendent.

* Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
