• Program Immersion:
  Actively participate in a 10-12 month Manager Development Program to become proficient in all aspects of customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations.
• Customer Relationship Building:
  Develop strong, long-term customer relationships by attentively listening to their financial needs and skillfully recommending the most suitable services and optional products offered by Tower Loan.
• Financial Management Support:
  Engage in direct customer contact to provide payment reminders and facilitate payment arrangements, ensuring clear communication and customer support.
• Branch Operations Assistance:
  Support the Manager in daily office operations, contributing to the achievement of established office goals and learning various management responsibility duties, such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Leadership Skill Development:
  Actively work to develop and demonstrate emerging skills in all management aspects, including but not limited to recruitment, staff development, performance management, and overall team leadership.

• Background:
  This Manager Trainee role requires a High School Diploma or GED, marking a foundational entry into consumer finance leadership.
• Experience:
  
  A key requirement is the willingness to relocate upon successful promotion into a management position after program completion. Candidates must also possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for job duties.
• Skills:
  
  Practical proficiencies are expected in customer service, sales techniques, and understanding financial management principles, with a strong emphasis on developing skills in branch operations, employee delegation, and financial document analysis.
• Bonus:
  Prior professional experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service roles is preferred.
