Compensation:

Salary: $45-$60/hr based on experience

Sign On Bonus $10,000!! (only valid for full time employees, invalid if you received a sign on bonus from any Venza Care facility in the past)

Per Diem $55/hr

Telehealth opportunity available! $60/hr

Position:

Physical Therapist ( PT )

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide hands-on therapy and oversee PTA interventions

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team

Mentor and guide therapy staff

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy

Current Physical Therapist ( PT ) certification in the state of Alabama

2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)

Strong clinical and leadership skills

Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
