Physical Therapist - Travel

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift days:
  Monday-Friday
• Weekend rotation required
• Coverage area includes Cullman County and surrounding areas

Location Highlights

Cullman offers access to outdoor recreation and regional travel options in north Alabama. Smith Lake is about 15 miles from downtown Cullman and is known for boating, fishing, and waterfront scenery. Ave Maria Grotto, located in Cullman, features 125 miniature religious structures, and Hurricane Creek Park offers hiking trails and sandstone bluffs within about 5 miles of the city center. Birmingham is about 50 miles south via I-65, and Huntsville is about 55 miles north, giving travelers access to larger metro dining, shopping, and airport options.
