This full-time position will begin in mid-October and focus on a PreK caseload, providing exceptional early-intervention and speech services to young learners during a colleague’s maternity leave.

Qualifications & Desired

Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Active or eligible Alabama state SLP license
  • Previous experience in a school setting, with PreK populations a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in new environments
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy to PreK students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers and families
  • Monitor student progress and document outcomes accurately
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support initiatives
