• Provide limited advanced emergency medical care and transport of the critically ill and injured patients who access the emergency medical system, acting as a part of a comprehensive EMS system.
• Observe all traffic ordinances and regulations concerning the emergency vehicle operation.
• Maintain record of PCR documentation with all additional supportive documentation necessary.
• Daily maintain check and supply check; replace all fluids and supplies as necessary.
• Assist with all duties as assigned by shift supervisor to include cleaning the building and the trucks.
• Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
• Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.

High school diploma or equivalent and advanced EMT/driver; other required credentialing. Degree preferred.

• Must be at least 19 years of age with a good driving record.
• Experience is helpful.

• Must meet physical requirements of job described.
• Must pass the MedPAT (Medical Physical Agility Test) annually.
• Must obtain EVOC prior to hire date and maintain certification.
• ICS courses required are 100, 200, 700, 800, and CPR.
