Job Shift: Day
Job Summary- Perform patient care and complete documentation in a timely manner and within insurance guidelines.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and reasoning processes in carrying out the plan of care (i.e. appropriate decision‑making skills).
- Assure patient charges and productivity reports are performed accurately and in a timely (daily) manner.
- Demonstrate organizational time management by completing work in a timely manner, utilizing available staff and resources, and not incurring any unapproved overtime.
- Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
- Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy assistant program and currently licensed in the state of Alabama.
- New graduate accepted; experienced preferred.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests.
- Good computer skills for documentation.
