Description We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Technician
. In this essential role, you will help ensure our dealership remains clean, safe, and fully functional for both customers and staff. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a proactive attitude, and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners as needed
• Perform light maintenance duties and minor repairs throughout the facility
• Identify and promptly report safety hazards, maintenance needs, or supply shortages to management
• Maintain janitorial equipment and ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and in good working order
• Refill restroom and breakroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.)
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and general cleanup as required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general maintenance preferred
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and climbing
• Strong attention to detail with good time management and organizational skills
• Dependable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
