Job Details

Manual wire form operator at Perfection Chain Products in Cullman, Alabama. Full-time, 40 hours weekly with overtime opportunities. Hourly rate negotiable based on experience. Eligible for full benefits package.

• 1st Shift, Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (on‑call overtime before shift and occasional weekends)
• 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (on‑call overtime after shift and occasional weekends)

• Setup and operate manual wire forming machines for precision wire forming.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure accuracy of finished products.
• Perform routine machine maintenance to maintain proper functioning.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

This position requires standing/walking most of the shift in a warehouse environment.

• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
