Advanced Heat Treat Corp has been in the heat treat industry for over 40 years. Our team has worked on projects ranging from aerospace, defense, automotive, and more.
The position is a regular, full‑time Equipment Operator based in our Cullman, AL facility.
What does a Heat Treat Equipment Operator do?Provide setup, parts processing, and inspection for heat treat processes. Offer backup support to heat treat technicians using process instructions, work orders, and prints. Degrease, clean, unload customer parts and perform routine shop duties. Work in a climate‑controlled facility.
Job RequirementsMinimum of five years equipment operation experience and/or a two‑year industrial technology degree.
- Ability to operate a forklift truck and overhead crane
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Equipment operating or industrial experience preferred
We are willing to hire the right candidate for a Heat Treat Support role and train them into an Equipment Operator if the above requirements are not fully met.
