What You’ll DoMachine Operator at Royal is someone who enjoys working with their hands and equipment. In this role, you will remove parts from the injection molding machine and prepare parts for packing and labeling. This is a team‑focused environment that emphasizes meeting customer and performance expectations. The position is based in our Cullman, AL facility and reports directly to the team supervisor.
Job Responsibilities- Inspect and package finished product to ensure customer requirements are met
- Run up to 4–5 injection molding presses (workload dependent)
- Follow work instructions (both visual and written)
- Complete required paperwork
- Perform essential functions of the role within safety guidelines
- Participate in Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Maintain a neat and organized work area by following 5S requirements
- Self‑directed, takes initiative, and possesses good time‑management skills
- Complete required production paperwork
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Communicate effectively (report issues and shortages)
- Attention to detail
- Proven attendance and quality track record
- Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks 8+ hours per day
- Lift up to 35 lbs
- Limited bending and stooping
- Use fingers, hands, and arms to complete tasks and handle product
- All employees must wear approved safety glasses
$20.00 per hour + quarterly bonuses
What You’ll Bring Qualifications- High school diploma/GED or 3–5 years of solid manufacturing experience
- Willing and able to work overtime
- Able to lift 35 lbs
- Ability to work a 2nd shift (4 pm–12 am)
- No Sunday work
- Weekly pay
