Royal Technologies is seeking a hands-on, mechanically minded trainee to learn our injection molding processes through a robust 9–12 month in‑house program. The goal is to develop you into a technical leader who can progress toward a supervisor role.
This is a 2nd shift position (4pm–12am) Monday–Friday, with initial training on 1st shift (8am–4pm) for 3–6 months. You will troubleshoot processes, support mold changes, lead a small team, and contribute to continuous improvement.
