Industrial Press Operator-First Shift Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 18.32 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 02:00pm)
- Set up, operate, and monitor press equipment to produce quality rubber components according to production specifications.
- Load materials into the press, remove finished products, and inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
- Adjust machine settings as needed and report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
- Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Work with the production team to meet daily output goals and ensure efficient operations.
Industrial Press Operator-First Shift
Qualifications:
- Previous press operator, machine operator, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift materials as required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Must successfully complete any required pre-employment screenings, which may include a background check, drug screen, and verification of work eligibility.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
