Industrial Press Operator
- Second Shift Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 19.32 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:30pm to 02:00am)
- Set up, operate, and monitor press equipment to produce quality rubber components according to production specifications.
- Load materials into the press, remove finished products, and inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
- Adjust machine settings as needed and report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
- Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Work with the production team to meet daily output goals and ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:
- Previous press operator, machine operator, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift materials as required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Must successfully complete any required pre-employment screenings, which may include a background check, drug screen, and verification of work eligibility.
