Perfection Chain Products has an opportunity available for a manual wire form operator
. This position's hourly rate is negotiable, depending on experience, and is eligible for our full benefits package. The workweek is full-time (40 hours per week with overtime opportunities), Monday – Friday, with two different shifts available. This position will work on-site at our facility in Cullman, Alabama.

• 1st Shift, Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (OT available before shift and occasional weekends)
• 2nd Shift, Monday – Friday 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (OT available after shift and occasional weekends)

• Setting up and operating machinery to perform precision wire forming operations.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
• Using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy of finished products.
• Performing routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning.
• Monitoring machine operations and adjusting as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

This position works in a warehouse environment and will be standing/walking during most shifts. The operator should expect to be on their feet during most of the shift.

• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
