Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Structural Industrial Fitter for a company based in Cullman, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of structural steel manufacturer.

Based on experience

Sunday 11pm to / Monday through Thursday 9pm to 7am

• Study blueprints, plans and specifications
• Assemble and shape machinery parts
• Repair, fabricate, and assembly of parts and structures

• Ability to read blueprints to properly fit products
• Time management skills
• Pressure testing experience
• Ability to work independently and with a team

• Full-time
• temp to hire

• Weekly Pay

• 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours
• 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours

We are also offering a $50.00 referral bonus. Both employee and referral must stay on assignment for 30 days to receive the payout.
