Location: Cullman, Alabama
Schedule: Full-Time | Inpatient | Adult & Geriatric
Call: 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our inpatient team in Cullman, AL
. This full-time position focuses on the treatment of adult and geriatric psychiatric patients in a collaborative and well-supported hospital setting.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with acute psychiatric populations and enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary care team that values clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Deliver evidence-based inpatient psychiatric care for adult and geriatric populations
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in call rotation (1 weeknight per week, 1 weekend per month
  )

Requirements

• Active PMHNP certification
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Alabama
• Inpatient psychiatric experience preferred (adult and/or geriatric)
• Strong communication, assessment, and teamwork skills
