    Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, eating, and hygiene
  • Support the nursing team by monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions
  • Take and record vital signs, weights, and input/output as directed
  • Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas
  • Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members
  • Participate in care planning and implementation under the direction of licensed nursing staff
  • Qualifications
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) certification in the state of AL
  • Previous long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and dependable with a strong work ethic
