DescriptionJob Summary:
- Performs individualized care for assigned patients, incorporating clinical practice guidelines with established nursing practice.
- Completes documentation and charges in an appropriate, thorough and timely manner.
- Adheres to case management model for assigned patients, working with physicians for effective throughput.
- Demonstrates and encourages team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
- Upholds and promotes patient safety and quality.
Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state of Alabama.
Experience: New graduate accepted. Experienced nurse with wound knowledge and case management experience preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities: Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests. Proficient computer skills required.
