- Performs individualized care for assigned patients, incorporating clinical practice guidelines with established nursing practice.
- Completes documentation and charges in an appropriate, thorough and timely manner.
- Adheres to case management model for assigned patients, working with physicians for effective throughput.
- Demonstrates and encourage steam behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
- Upholds and promotes patient safety and quality.
Education:
- Associate’s degree in nursing and AL state licensure required. BSN preferred.
- One year of experience preferred. Must pass medication test.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills required.
- Must be ACLS certified within 1 year of hire date.
