• Perform individualized care for assigned patients, incorporating clinical practice guidelines with established nursing practice.
• Complete documentation and charges in an appropriate, thorough and timely manner.
• Adhere to case management model for assigned patients working with physicians for effective throughput.
• Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
• Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.

• Associate’s degree in nursing and AL state licensure required. BSN preferred.

• One year of PACU, CCU or ER experience preferred. Must pass medication test.

• Excellent interpersonal skills required. Proficient oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills required. Must be ACLS and PALS certified within 3 months of hire date.
