Cullman County Commission is hiring a temporary, seasonal Lifeguard/Concessions for Smith Lake Park. Schedule will vary and includes nights, weekends, and holidays depending on events.
Employee Will Be Responsible For- Lifeguard duties for Smith Lake Park, during the season.
- All pool cleaning and maintenance.
- Concessions for various parks and events.
- Working at all the various parks and events as needed in different capacities, such as concessions, housekeeping, customer service, etc.
- Previous Life Guard experience preferred.
- AED, CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certifications.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to work nights weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work in fast paced, multi‑tasking environment.
This is a "safety sensitive" position. Successful candidate
** must pass a pre-employment drug screening
** and will be s
** ubject to random, unannounced drug screenings
** throughout their employment with the County in any "safety sensitive" position.
