Job Overview
Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customers’ wants and needs. They also maintain and ensure Home displays are properly ordered and maintained throughout the day.

Compensation- Hourly wage: $19 - $32 per hour (equal to or exceeding the applicable minimum wage)
- Additional compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed
